Just like our Full Body workout, this 50-minute class is designed to hit multiple muscle groups with a primary focus on butt and legs. Alternate this class with Arms & Abs to maximum results and give your body time to rest and recover.
ARMS & ABS
Strengthen your upper body and build confidence with Arms & Abs. This 50-minute class involves high intensity interval training on the treadmill and strength training on the floor with a focus on the upper body.
