Full Body

This 50-minute class is comfortable for all levels and is designed to power up multiple muscle groups. In this efficient and effective workout, you’ll spend equal amounts of time on Woodway treadmills and strength training on the floor.

Lower Body Focus

Just like our Full Body workout, this 50-minute class is designed to hit multiple muscle groups with a primary focus on butt and legs. Alternate this class with Arms & Abs to maximum results and give your body time to rest and recover.

ARMS & ABS

Strengthen your upper body and build confidence with Arms & Abs. This 50-minute class involves high intensity interval training on the treadmill and strength training on the floor with a focus on the upper body.
