As a former D1 athlete, I have really struggled post-college to find work outs that are both challenging and interesting. I started doing RippedPHL about 1 year ago and I am absolutely hooked. The workouts are always so diverse; I love that you can go every day but always feel like you are doing something new- it never gets old! Equally as important for the busy professional the classes are super efficient, jam packed with alternating cardio and HIIT weight lifting, so I always get an amazing work out in a short 45-60 minutes. Lastly, the instructors are energetic, helpful, and very accommodating to people of all fitness levels and ages. Everyone feels welcome at RippedPHL. It has changed the way I work out and I encourage everyone to give it a try!
